1. Take Stand for Yourself
Be always bold. I am not asking you to be a rude or rigid kind of guy, but try not to be very flexible so that anyone around you can easily flex and operate you on their terms.
You have to have courage in yourself that guts in your a** to protect yourself, to take a stand for yourself.
If you aren’t gonna speak for your betterment, then who else will? If you aren’t gonna think and act for your goodness and care, then who else will?
Just spit the words out of your mouth.
If you aren’t comfortable. Come on say it!
If you’re feeling bad and wanna leave, come on say it!
Or, Want to have some personal space, spit it out, Just say It, my friend. That’s how you can be for yourself!
If you aren’t gonna care for your needs, Why would others?
It’s only your parents or one who genuinely cares will catch your emotions and will understand your needs before you tell them. And none other.
If you are thinking that, introverts are very shy and cowardly fellows. If they can’t stand for themselves then you’re completely wrong my friend.
In my opinion, introverts are neither shy nor cowardly. Instead, they are like an ocean full of emotions.
Before spitting a single word out of their mouth their brain is like,
“I must be careful not to make others feel bad with my words.”
This is how emotional introverts are for others.
But the time has arrived, to set some limits on the emotional sides of your heart as well as your brain.
To flourish in this buzzing world, practical thinking is something which has become necessary.
So train yourself to be hard, hard enough that no one is able to compress, depress or oppress you in any social situation at any point of time in life.
